Shipping charges to Europe vary, and are calculated according to the weight of the order placed. Delivery charges will always be shown before the order is confirmed and paid.
Domestic Shipping
1.17 Orders are only eligible for next day delivery if the order is received before 2pm. EPS do not deliver at weekends. Any orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
1.18 All UK orders are posted via Fedex, DPD or Parcelforce using a 24 hour delivery service. Whilst orders should arrive the following day, this is not guaranteed and EPS cannot accept responsibility for orders arriving later than next day or any loss of earnings as a result of delayed orders.
1.19 In the rare event your order doesn't arrive, non-receipt of orders should be notified in writing within 5 days from date of order. Please contact sales@edibleprintsupplies.co.uk quoting your name & order number
1.19.i Any claims for damages or shortages must be made within 48 hours of delivery with the delivery point being the shipping address per the website order. Please contact sales@edibleprintsupplies.co.uk quoting your name, order number and the extent of the damage. Photographic evidence should be supplied where possible.
International Shipping
1.19.ii Where the Goods are supplied for export from the United Kingdom the customer shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the Goods into the country of destination.
Please note that it is the purchaser's responsibility to check import rules and duties into their country as some countries require paperwork and/or may restrict certain products being imported.
Edible Print Supplies Ltd are not liable for currency conversion, taxes, local duty or tariffs within the countries shipped to.
If goods are returned due to a rejection by customs or refusal by the purchaser, postage charges incurred for the export and return of the order will be deducted from the purchaser's refund. Refunds can only be issued once the goods arrive in our warehouse and are inspected as fit for re-sale.
In the event any returned goods arrive damaged, the cost of the goods will be deducted from any refund. EPS will not bear any responsibility for parcels lost or damaged following a customer's refusal to accept the goods.
Any associated customs fees or return shipping charges as a result of failure to comply with customs requirements are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for notifying EPS of the requirements of any such legislation or regulations requiring action on the part of the EPS.
1.19.iii If buyers are shipping goods on from the order delivery address, buyers are strongly advised to sample and check contents as Edible Print Supplies Ltd cannot be held liable for damages incurred beyond the point of receipt per the website order.
1.19.iv On 1 Jan 2021, the UK left the EU (Europe). Subsequently, all EU customers will now be charged VAT and duty at their domestic tax rate on importation of all goods purchased from EPS in the UK. Please note that EPS is NOT responsible for charging and collecting this tax, and this will most probably be charged by the courier company prior to delivery of goods. Customers may experience delays if custom duties and taxes are not paid for. In addition to VAT/Tax charges, there is also probably a fixed administration cost levied by the courier /postal company.
Payment
1.20 EPS requires all orders to be prepaid either by Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfer. All Credit Card transactions are completed offline over a secure connection. EPS do not have access to any payment details.
Returns Policy
1.21 Due to the nature of the products, any edible products cannot be returned. Any claims for shortages, non-receipt or damaged goods must be made to sales@edibleprintsupplies.co.uk within 24 hours of your order arriving at the shipping address on your order acknowledgement. Products may not under any circumstances be returned for any reason without obtaining a Return Authorisation from EPS.
1.22 If EPS determines that failure of the product was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, EPS reserves the right to charge you for parts and labour or charge you a 20% restocking fee. EPS will advise you prior to assessing these charges. Any product returned to EPS shall become the property of EPS.
1.23 Edible Printers can only be returned if the printer and all the contents (including edible ink and cartridges) are unused in the original packaging.
1.24 Use of edible ink in Canon printers invalidates the warranty. EPS printers do not include a warranty but we will provide full support within the first 3 months of purchase to ensure your printer is working correctly.
1.26 If you are not satisfied with the quality of your products, please contact sales@edibleprintsupplies.co.uk. Please contact us on sales@edibleprintsupplies.co.uk for a return authorisation number. EPS will not accept responsibility for return postage. The buyer must pay any return postage, and return goods at their own risk.
1.27 In the event that you change your mind about a purchase, you may cancel your order with no charge for a full refund, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you may cancel your order and return the unopened goods to us, however you will be responsible for the arrangement and cost of returns.
Once we have received the item(s) back if it (they) are unused in its (their) original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, a refund will be given for the order minus the cost of shipping paid at checkout or minus a flat rate of £7.95 + VAT for any order which qualified for free shipping to reimburse costs incurred.
