Compatible with all edible printers, these chocolate transfer sheets can be printed with edible ink to create a transfer sheet for chocolate with your chosen designs. Add custom patterns, logos and branding, photos or personalised messages to chocolate shapes to create unique chocolate treats!

Designing Your Chocolate Prints

1. Choose your images or design your prints using your chosen image editing software - we recommend Canva! Make sure the document size matches the size of the chocolate transfer sheets - A4

2. If you want individual images to line up with the stencil, you will first need to create a template, working out the distance between each cavity and lining up your images accordingly. If using a generic pattern you can just print the whole sheet. 

3. Download your design as a PDF or print directly from the software you are using (Word etc).

Printing Chocolate Transfer Sheets

1. Press print and in the print settings, make sure to change the Print Settings, we recommend using 'Best' quality and 'Photo Paper' or 'Normal Paper' as the media type. 

2. If you are printing text, logos or any images which need to be a certain way round, make sure to print in REVERSE or MIRROR IMAGE (you can do this in the print settings).

3. Once printed, leave to fully dry - for best results print your chocolate transfer sheets 24 hours ahead of when you need to use them.

Using Chocolate Transfer Sheets with A Chocolate Mould

1. Once dry you can lay your printed chocolate transfer sheet on a flat surface (avoid anything cold like stainless steel - use a mat between the cold surface and the sheet).

2. Ensure the chocolate sheet is placed with the printed cocoa butter layer facing upwards and lay your silicone stencil/chablon mat on top of the sheet. 

3. Temper your white chocolate and pour into the cavities of the stencil while still warm (~31°C), use a scraper to remove any excess chocolate and ensure the chocolate surface is smooth.

4. Leave the chocolate to fully set in the stencil in the fridge.

5. Once set, remove the stencil by pulling it away from he chocolate - your chocolate shapes should fall away from the mat.
