  • 1 x Sweet Artist®  Magnetic Polycarbonate Chocolate Mould in your chosen shape - Large Fluted Circle, Small Fluted Circle, Rectangle, Heart, Square, Oval, Star, Triangle, Flat Rectangle, Hexagon

Designing Your Chocolate Prints

1. Choose your images or design your prints using your chosen image editing software - we recommend Canva! Make sure the document size matches the size of the chocolate transfer sheets - 265mm x 125mm.

2. If you want individual images to line up with the mould, you will first need to create a template, working out the distance between each cavity and lining up your images accordingly. If using a generic pattern you can just print the whole sheet. 

3. Download your design as a PDF or print directly from the software you are using (Word etc).

Printing Chocolate Transfer Sheets

1. Press print and in the print settings, make sure to change the Print Settings, we recommend using 'Best' quality and 'Photo Paper' or 'Normal Paper' as the media type. 

2. If you are printing text, logos or any images which need to be a certain way round, make sure to print in REVERSE or MIRROR IMAGE (you can do this in the print settings).

3. Once printed, leave to fully dry - for best results print your chocolate transfer sheets 24 hours ahead of when you need to use them.

Using Chocolate Transfer Sheets with A Chocolate Mould

1. Once dry you can place your chocolate transfer sheet inside the mould. There is no need to cut the sheet as it is the same size as the moulds.

2. Ensure the chocolate sheet is placed in the mould with the printed cocoa butter layer facing upwards, put the magnetic plate back in place to hold the sheet in place. 

3. Temper your white chocolate and pour into the cavities of the mould while still warm (~31°C).

4. Leave the chocolate to fully set in the mould in the fridge.

5. Once set, remove the metal plate and remove the chocolates by either tapping the mould on a surface to release each chocolate shape or gently popping out each chocolate from the top of the mould.
