Product Description

Designed for efficiency and consistent print results, these icing sheets feature a smoother surface and extended 307mm x 210mm sheet size to help improve printer feed accuracy and reduce alignment issues during edible printing. 

Each sheet has 30 pre-cut 15" (3.8cm) circles, allowing for quick waste-free production of edible toppers without manual cutting. 

The smooth bright white finish supports vibrant colours and sharp edible image detail, making these pre-cut icing sheets suitable for professional baking and high-volume production.

Compatible with major edible printers, with most reliable performance with the Canon iX6850 model. Templates available for pre-cut icing sheets, please email sales@edibleprintsupplies.co.uk with your order number.

Supplied in resealable foil packaging to help maintain freshness between use.

How to Print Pre-Cut Icing Sheets:

Aligning pre-cut icing sheets can take some trial and error and accuracy can be difficult to achieve due to the following:-

  • There is marginal error with the cut template between sheets/batches
  • All edible printers will feed sheets slightly differently 
  • Even when using the sae printer, there can be some feeding error beween prints
  • Edible printer rollers can sometimes slip when gripping the plastic backing for icing sheets this can be improved with roller cleans but can change over time)
  • Test printing will require using the actual icing sheets - it is normal to lose a few sheets during test printing and we recommend checking your template when opening a new pack/batch or before a new large print run

Edible Print Supplies can provide templates for our Pre-Cut Icing Sheets with proof of purchase. Please email sales@edibleprintsupplies.co.uk with your order number. Please note, templates are not 'fool-proof' and some adjustment and test printing will still be required.

Tips for Using EPS Pre-Cut Icing Sheet Templates:

EPS templates are designed to work with EPS Pre-Cut Icing Sheets only and with the following considerations:

  • The plastic strip should feed into the printer first.
  • A small overlap around each circle allows for minor feed error, any important parts of the design should be kept within the middle of the circle, leaving at least 4mm around each circle as a bleed/safe area.
  • Borders are not recommended as even marginal feed error can cause these to look off-centred. For bordered designs we recommend printing on un-cut A4 Icing Sheets and using EPS Cutting Tools to cut each circle out accurately.
  • Full instructions and recommended print settings will be included with the templates.
  • Templates are not a guarantee - some trial and error may still be required to align your designs meaning some sheets are expected to be wasted in this process.
