This template has been designed for printing 2inch-6inch toppers on A4 wafer paper and icing sheets (not pre-cuts). The following settings when printing will ensure the toppers print in the correct size and quality.

(Please note - these are our suggested settings, however you may need to experiment to see what works best for you and your desired print finish.)

  • Ensure to print the pdf as borderless (without margins) so the toppers print in the correct size - the settings for this can vary depending on the device, programme and printer you are using.
  • For highest print quality select quality as 'best', for more efficient printing use 'normal'.
  • For wafer set media type to paper, for icing sheets make sure to set media type to envelope or ensure Printer Abrasion is turned 'ON' within printer settings is using normal paper setting.
  • Make sure to change 'print all pages' to 'print custom range' to select the design(s) you wish to print.
  • There are a selection of 2, 2.5, 3,4 and 6 inch toppers in this template but please note the templates are not for any of our pre-cut icing sheets.
  • The templates have a faint circular guide - please use this to correctly align your toppers when cutting. (Full colour background designs do not have a guide but are slightly bigger to allow for cutting error).
  • If using our Squeeze Punch Circle Cutter (XL), please use dashed cut lines to cut correct strip width to align with cutter and use circular guide to position correctly in the cutter.
  • You can also use the new EPS Adjustable Circle Cutter for all sizes.
  • Cutters are available to purchase from our website for easily cutting your edible toppers!
