Storage:

Store flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal foil packaging between use.

To Use:

Ensure icing sheets at room temperature prior to use. Leave plastic backing on when printing. Feed into edible printer in the rear feed tray with the plastic strip pointing down into the printer and the icing side facing towards you. Ensure icing sheet is fully dry before handling and cutting. Apply to cake or other edible surface using a small amount of water on the back of the sheet, being careful not to wet the front of the printed icing sheet.

If applying to cakes with a moist surface such as buttercream, we recommended backing your icing sheet with a thin layer of fondant to protect it from moisture and ensure it lasts longer on the cake.

To cut your icing sheets and create edible toppers we have a range of Cutting Tools.

Storage After Printing:

To ensure your edible images and toppers remain fresh and in best condition, store as soon as possible in a grip-seal bag. Use a board-backed envelope for shipping to ensure icing sheets do not crack during transit. See our range of great value Packaging Supplies for edible images.
