How Long will my Icing Sheets Last?

Due to our fast stock turnover EPS icing sheets will last at least 12 months if kept sealed within the foil bag provided. They will usually have a best before date of at least 18 months.

Using edible icing sheets and/or edible inks in your printer may invalidate the warranty offered by the manufacturer. No products sold by EPS are in any way associated or endorsed by printer manufacturers. Modified starches (E1422, E1412), maltodextrin, humectant (E422), white sugar, water, stabilizers (E460i, E414, E415), dextrose, emulsifiers (E435, E471, E491), food colour (E171), flavour, preservative (E202) acidity regulator: (E330).

No allergens present. Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians. Kosher and Halal suitable.

Storage:

Store flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

To Use:

Ensure icing sheets at room temperature prior to use. Leave plastic backing on when printing. Feed into edible printer in the rear feed tray with the plastic strip pointing down into the printer and the icing side facing towards you. Ensure icing sheet is fully dry before handling and cutting. Apply to cake or other edible surface using a small amount of water on the back of the sheet, being careful not to wet the front of the printed icing sheet.

If applying to cakes with a moist surface such as buttercream, it is recommended to back your icing sheet with a thin layer of fondant to ensure it lasts longer on the cake.

Storage After Printing:
