Free UK Mainland Next Day Delivery - Order Before 2pm For Same Day Dispatch


Mainland UK

All orders placed on our website for mainland UK addresses are eligible for a Free Next Day Delivery service via courier. Orders must be placed and payment received before 2pm for same day dispatch. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed and dispatched the following working day. 

Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Any order placed after 2pm on a Friday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday (or Tuesday in the event of a Bank Holiday). 

Please note, there is a congestion charge of £1.50 applied to all orders to the following postcodes - EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, SE1, SW1, W1, WC1, WC2.

The following upgraded shipping options are available at checkout for Mainland UK:

The cut off time for all upgraded delivery options remains at 2pm the previous working day. Please do not select the select a Saturday delivery option when ordering after 2pm on a Friday. Any order placed with this option will be processed and dispatched on the next working day on a normal Next Day Delivery service.

Scottish Highlands, Islands including Isle of White, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey

Our Free Next Day Delivery option applies to Mainland UK addresses only. For shipping to any of the above locations, please select the relevant shipping option at checkout. Delivery times are generally 2-4 working days from date of order, orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day. This service operates Monday-Friday only. 

Northern Island

There are two shipping options for Northern Island:

The cut off time for same day dispatch on the Next Day Delivery service to Northern Island is 12 Noon. Orders placed after 12 Noon on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (or Tuesday in the event of a Bank Holiday).

International Shipping

We can ship orders Worldwide for International customers. For most countries you can place your orders online and your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If you can't find your destination country, please email us for a shipping quote at . Please included details of what you would like to order including the quantities required, and your full shipping address.

Delivery charges for EU and Worldwide orders are based on weight and a price will be shown before you commit to order. Please enter your address at checkout for a shipping cost.

We aim to keep shipping prices up to date, but please note, on occasions the shipping calculated at checkout may not be accurate to the destination country due to fluctuations with International Shipping rates. We will always do our best to find the most cost effective option and will contact you should a further fee be required before shipping your order.

For EU & Worldwide customers, shipping rates are limited to 100kg orders, but we can quote for large and commercial orders over this weight. Please email us at for a quote as we can ship multiple packages up to full pallet service to anywhere in the world.

Please note that it is the purchaser's responsibility to check import rules and duties into their country. Edible Print Supplies Ltd are not liable for currency conversion, local duty or tariffs within the countries shipped to. Please also check your domestic importing customs rules when importing into your country as some countries require paperwork and/or may restrict certain products being imported.  

Delayed or Missing Orders

You should receive a tracking number for your order with a link to the courier used for delivery. Please keep an eye on the progress of your order via this link. While we will always meet our promise to get all orders dispatched same day (when placed before 2pm) we cannot guarantee that every order will be delivered next day due to possible delays with the courier service used. Once your order has left our warehouse, we have no control over shipping delays.

Please allow an additional working day from the expected delivery date for your order to arrive before contacting us and we will do our best to locate and update you on the progress of your order.

In the rare event your order doesn't arrive, non-receipt of orders should be notified in writing within 7 days from placing your order. Please contact quoting your name & order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
