To keep our bulk prices so low and continue to provide discounted options for purchasing our products, we expect a 10% tolerance on the quality of the wafer paper within our cartons. The bulk price reflects this level of wastage, therefore we cannot accept returns for individual sheets or packs up to 10% of the total quantity of the carton.

PLEASE NOTE: On occasion your carton may include 50 sheet packs to replace 25 sheet packs, however the total number of wafer paper sheets will remain the same. If you require a specific pack size, please include this in your order notes.
